Sabine Weyermann is Co-President of Weyermann® Specialty Malting Company, located in Bamberg, Germany. Their malt products now enhance the color and flavor of some 50,000 beers in some 140 countries on all continents.
Having grown up in a maltster’s household and in a residence located on the Company’s premises, Sabine has developed a passion for malt, which is always in evidence during her countless visits to Weyermann® customers around the globe and during the many social events she organizes for her business relations and friends in Bamberg. Her favorite beers are dark ales, especially coffee-flavored Porters and Stouts. So it is no surprise that Sabine is beersommelière herself, too.
