Suzanne Schalow has worked in more restaurants over the years than she can count, but after 12 years as General Manager of the Cambridge Common & Lizard Lounge, she went all in and decided to go beer! She is co-owner and co-founder with Kate Baker of Craft Beer Center in Belmont, Massachusetts and their growing franchise operation, placing stores from Florida to Vermont to California.
